Privacy notice

This independent assistance portal receives requests from people who want help submitting, processing, or following up on paperwork in Jordan. This draft notice must be reviewed and completed with the operator's verified contact information and applicable retention policy before the site is launched publicly.

Information collected

We request your name, email, optional telephone or WhatsApp number, paperwork service, optional university/office and requested deadline, a description of what you need, and an optional non-sensitive attachment. For group mu‘ādalah requests, a coordinator may provide the full names of up to three other applicants and must confirm that they are authorized to request assistance on their behalf. Each applicant receives a unique tracking code.

Why we need the information

The service team uses it to assess whether assistance is possible, contact you about requirements and quotations, coordinate a requested service when you authorize it, and manually update your request status. Submitting this form does not authorize an official filing or guarantee approval.

Who can see it

Request details are accessible to authorized operators via the protected staff interface. Files, when attached, are placed in a private Cloudflare R2 bucket. An individual with your unpredictable tracking code can see only the service category, progress status, dates, and any public staff update; do not share this tracking code. No system can guarantee absolute security.

How long it is stored

This starter version has no automatic retention or deletion schedule. The operator must set a suitable retention period and provide a verified contact point for correction and deletion requests before inviting real customers. Staff can manually remove a request and its attachment.

Do not submit sensitive records through this starter form

Do not upload passport scans, national IDs, residence cards, medical records, bank documents, passwords or payment card details. If sensitive files are required later, arrange a separately reviewed secure submission process with the service operator.

Independent service

Student in Jordan is not presented as a government institution, Jordanian ministry or university. Applications are handled only where a third party can legally assist and with appropriate authorization. Mu‘ādalah processing prices are available only after a verified student signs in with an active email address. These are independent assistance-service fees, not government-published charges. Any Philippine peso estimate is illustrative, not a live exchange rate. The exact scope and authorization must be confirmed before payment.
